I Did Not Die is a setting of the Poem "Do Not Stand by my Grave and Weep" attributed to Mary Elizabeth Frye originally composed for Voice and Pedal Harp by Sue Rothstein in 1996 and dedicated to her late mother Dorothy. The World Première of the extended version for Voice and two Pedal Harps (with additional 18 bars for the harps) was given in 2007 at the Camac Days Festival, Trinity Laban Conservatoire London with soprano Maya Sapone, harpists Claire Iselin & Sue Rothstein, and dancer Claudia Giordano.
