Hello and welcome to The Fairy Tale Harp. I have always thought of the harp as an imaginative and magical instrument, so it seemed likes good idea to try and use it to bring some of my favourite fairy tales to life. I've enjoyed creating new melodies for princesses, a slimy frog and two ugly sisters... to name but a few! These short pieces are aimed at young players (and the young at heart!), and range in difficulty from easy to intermediate. You might find it useful to remind yourself of the tale that each piece is inspired by to really help bring the music to life! Maybe you could try writing your own fairy tale pieces too?
