11 Pieces in various pop styles for Irish or Concert Harp with accompaniment

When I attended an audition for young harpists in the spring of 2001, I conceived the idea to write a new collection of pieces for harp. At this audition I found out that there was a huge demand for popular music written especially for harp. For quite some time I have been harpist with the Dutch "Metropole Orchestra", considered as one of the world's leading jazz and pop orchestras. Also I have composed various well known pop songs.

This folio consists of 11 pieces for harp, where the harp part has been kept relatively simple. However, in combination with the accompanying CD, it will inspire in a rhythmical sense and will make the student familiar with the various pop styles.
