Classics on Request - Volume 2
arranged for Lever Harp
Barbara Brundage
Preface
As in the first book of Classics on Request, these are pieces that everyone who plays the harp will be asked for sooner or later. Some of them will probably take some practice to make the lever changes comfortable, but these perennial favorites are well worth investing the time it takes to play them well.
A bracket around two lever changes means that you should try changing both levers simultaneously. This is possible on most harps, but there is time to change the levers separately if that doesn't work for you.
Every effort has been made to make page turns as easy as possible, but there are some pieces, like "Ave Maria," where there is simply no good place for a turn. Where necessary, you may photocopy ONLY to avoid the page turns. Barbara Brundage
