Shopping by Credit Card/ Debit Card does not take place from this site but from our separate store at www.creighton-griffiths.co.uk. We have kept the two sites separate to allow us to provide a better and more secure service. From this site you can browse through our recordings listening to sound samples, viewing the covers and reading the contents and notes. Where they have one you can also visit the Artists web site. If you do not wish to pay by credit card on line you can always supply your card details separately by selecting this option as your payment method and then follow the instructions on screen. Your card details can then be provided by post, fax or telephone. Please see our Contact Us page for details At the shop you can make secure purchases. Full terms and conditions for the shop are available when you go to that site but some general information is provided below: |
| Payments by Cheque | If you would prefer to pay by cheque please place order on line as normal but select pay by cheque as your Payment Method. Please printout 2 copies of the last screen, one for your records, the other to send with us along with your cheque or International Money Order, all payments must be in British Pounds. |

| Postage & packing | Our postage charges are calculated to cover
the cost of postage plus the cost of the packing. You will be advised
of the total cost before entering payment details. |

| Delivery | We deliver your order right away. At busy times we may not be able to process your order on the working day it is received on but we will always endeavour to post your order to you in 3 business days. International orders are generally received in under 10 days. But In all case please allow 21 days for delivery. |
| Back Orders | If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| VAT | We are not currently required to be registered for VAT |
| Credit Card Security | We do not have access to your credit card details. (unless you choose to send them to us separately as detailed above) The only information we receive is the contact details, delivery address and the goods that you have purchased to enable us to complete your order. |
