Shopping by Credit Card/ Debit Card does not take place from this site but from our separate store at www.creighton-griffiths.co.uk. We have kept the two sites separate to allow us to provide a better and more secure service. From this site you can browse through our recordings listening to sound samples, viewing the covers and reading the contents and notes. Where they have one you can also visit the Artists web site. At the shop you can make secure purchases. Full terms and conditions for the shop are available when you go to that site but some general information is provided below: |

| Postage & packing | Our postage charges are calculated to cover
the cost of postage plus the cost of the packing. You will be advised
of the total cost before entering payment details. |

| Delivery | Orders are posted on Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Orders arriving before 2.00pm on a post day can normally be sent the same day. International orders are generally received in under 10 days. But In all case please allow 21 days for delivery. |
| Back Orders | We do not back order. Our shop uses Live Stock Monitoring for all products that we do not print in house this means that if a "bought in item" is out of stock it is marked as such and the add to cart button is disabled until new stock is received. If there has been a stock error and an ordered product is unavailable we will contact you with the option to cancel your order. This has only happened once or twice over the last 20 years when an off line sale has been made but the on line shop stock not adjusted. |

| Credit Card Security | When you pay for orders at our online shop we do not see or have access to your credit or debit card details. |
